Key Specifications
Body Construction – LIDERKIT® Interlocking System
European interlocking panel design with fully adjustable aluminium or galvanised chassis runners to suit all OEM truck chassis. engineered for superior rigidity, alignment accuracy, and long service life.
Front Wall – 20 mm FRP composite front wall with a 270 mm impact protection plate for enhanced durability during loading, unloading, and high-cycle fleet operation.
Roof Structure – LIDERfoam® Insulated Panel 30 mm XPS-insulated sandwich roof panel delivering excellent rigidity, reduced heat transfer, and improved internal climate stability. Ideal for metro deliveries and temperature-sensitive freight.
Side Frames – Painted galvanised steel frames interlocking with the roof, front, and rear frames to create a fully integrated, high-strength curtain slider body structure.
Rear Frame – Heavy-duty barn-door assembly with internal pinch seals, stainless-steel camlocks and latches, and underbody articulated door retainers for secure and safe operation.
Underbody Door Holders – Articulated spring retainers designed to hold doors securely on windy or uneven sites — improving safety and driver usability.
Sub-Frame – Hybrid construction using hot-dip galvanised steel runners (adjustable width), with aluminium or galvanised crossmembers depending on vehicle GVM. Optimised for the best strength-to-weight ratio.
Floor – One-Piece Seamless Panel Heavy-duty non-slip polyester finish, pressed as a single piece (no joins) for maximum durability.
