The 6 Pallet Pantech Body is engineered for high-turnover rental fleets, metropolitan delivery operators, and national hire companies. With a 2-pallet (2435mm) internal width and 6-pallet capacity, it delivers increased load efficiency while remaining compact and highly manoeuvrable for urban operations. Designed to suit car licence (4500kg GVM) and light rigid applications, it offers flexibility across mixed fleet environments. Built using LIDERKIT’s modular aluminium and composite panel system, individual panels can be replaced quickly if damaged—reducing downtime and repair costs. The lightweight insulated construction provides secure, weatherproof transport while maintaining strong payload efficiency and long-term durability.

Body – LIDERKIT® aluminium interlocking system.
Panels – 30mm LIDERfoam® XPS insulated refrigerated sandwich panels.
Floor – Heavy-duty hard-wearing Phenolic floor, ideal for dry-freight applications. Upgrade to Aluminium is also possible.
Base – Aluminium adjustable runners and multi-section cross-members.
Internal – Bottom wall protection plate, 3 rows of load-secure rails.
Rear – 3mm reinforced aluminium rear frame painted white, 3x hinges, internal door pinch-seals.

Doors – Rear barn doors made from 30mm LIDERfoam®, internal pinch seals, and cam-locks, including flush lockable latches in each door.
Runners – Aluminium and fully adjustable to suit any cab-chassis width.
