European Engineered Tilt Slide for Professional Recovery Operations
The LIDERKIT Tilt Slide Car Recovery Unit delivers reliable performance for roadside assistance, accident recovery and vehicle transport. Designed for installation on 8.5-tonne cab chassis, and it combines durability, efficient hydraulics and professional recovery capability.
Features
The platform features a 5300 mm × 2300 mm sliding deck mounted to a structural steel frame with a hydraulic tilt-and-slide system. Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders control both tilting and extension, allowing smooth and controlled loading and unloading of vehicles. The design provides reliable operation while maintaining strength and stability under demanding recovery conditions.
Operation
The sliding platform operates on high-resistance steel rollers and guide rails, ensuring durability and consistent performance during repeated loading cycles. A 4500 kg hydraulic recovery winch with remote control allows efficient vehicle recovery, while the hydraulic system delivers smooth and controlled lifting and sliding operation for professional roadside assistance work.
Safety
Safety and operational functionality are integrated throughout the design. The unit includes LED warning lights, adjustable rear support rollers, and cyclist protection side bars to improve visibility and protection during operation. A Bradley E40TC rear tow coupling with extendable axle and trailer electrical connection allows safe towing when required.
Tray Finish
The loading surface features a non-slip deck design, improving traction and safety during vehicle loading and unloading. This combination of surface preparation, coating, and deck treatment ensures a high-quality professional finish and long service life in demanding recovery environments.
Overall Finish
All structural steel components are shot-blasted prior to coating to ensure proper surface preparation and long-term corrosion protection. The platform and frame are finished with a durable industrial paint system, providing strong resistance to weather, road debris, and demanding daily use.
